Job Summary
As a Business Development Manager in Esaal you will play a critical role in driving growth forging strategic partnerships and expanding our market presence. This position requires a proactive entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Job Description:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market trends and opportunities
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the companys goals.
- Create business plans and initiatives to target potential clients and markets.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential partners clients and stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to facilitate collaborations and partnerships.
- Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead presentations and pitches to potential clients and partners.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute business development strategies and initiatives
- Monitor partnership performance and develop strategies to optimize outcomes and revenue generation and prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate progress and results
- Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking opportunities and build a robust network within the industry to enhance visibility and opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or related field
- 68 years of experience in business development partnership management or a related role preferably within the insurance industry
- Strong network and relationships with key stakeholders in the health and insurance industries
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals successfully
- Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends and business dynamics
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams
- Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
