Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the companys client base.
- Communicate effectively with potential and existing clients presenting solutions tailored to their needs.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential opportunities.
- Provide support in managing client accounts and resolving queries.
Qualifications:
- Strong English language skills both verbal and written.
- A talkative and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field (e.g. sales account management).
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of business development principles is a plus but not required.

Shift Details:
- Work Hours: 12:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Hybrid Model: Work from the office on Monday and Thursday and remotely for the rest of the week.
- Days Off: Saturday and Sunday.
