Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Position overview

We are seeking a skilled mid-level developer (3 5 years of experience) to support the development enhancement and maintenance of our business-critical systems.

This role focuses on the Zoho ecosystem including automation and third-party integrations that support our eCommerce operations and internal workflows. You will work closely with the Project Manager Development Team Lead and Senior Developers to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

This is an ideal role for someone who has solid hands-on development experience who enjoys problem solving and is ready to grow into more complex system design responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Development and System Support

Build enhance and maintain solutions within Zoho One including:
o Zoho CRM
o Zoho Creator
o Zoho Books
o Zoho Inventory
o Zoho Forms
o Zoho Desk
o Zoho SalesIQ
Develop and maintain automations using Deluge
Support existing systems by fixing bugs and improving performance
Ensure data consistency and integrity across the system
Improve performance reliability and maintainability of existing systems

Integrations
Assist in building and maintaining integration between Zoho and third-party platforms
Work with REST APIs JSON Webhooks and secure authentication methods
Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues
Support senior developers in handling complex integrations

Collaboration and Delivery
Work with the Project Manager and Development Team Lead to execute tasks and deliver features
Translate business requirements into functional technical solutions
Provide accurate timelines for assigned work
Collaborate with senior developers on system improvements

Documentation and Quality
Write appropriate documentation for new projects and features
Maintain documentation for developed features and integrations
Follow coding standards and best practices
Ensure solutions are stable secure and maintainable
Contribute to process improvements and automation efforts
Participate in and document development-level testing efforts on project and fix work

Requirements

Required Qualifications
3-4 years of professional development experience
Hands-on experience with:
o Zoho CRM
o Zoho Creator
o Zoho Books
o Zoho Inventory
Solid knowledge of deluge scripting
Basic to intermediate experience with API integrations
Understanding of REST APIs JSON and Webhooks
Strong problem solving and debugging skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team

Preferred / Bonus Skills
Experience with:

Familiarity with:

o ShipStation
o Avalara
o Ecommerce platforms

Required Skills:

Responsibilities : Initiate high volumes of outbound calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities Leverage advanced power dialers to efficiently manage and maximize outbound call volumes and optimize time spent on calls Meet and exceed assigned daily weekly and monthly call and conversation quotas to contribute to overall sales objectives Cultivate key relationships with new customers and industries to grow business and create new opportunities Understand customer pain points and create solutions and opportunities to resolve them through regular communication and follow-ups Remain up to date on product and industry trends and provide new strategic business opportunities Reach out to inactive accounts to re-introduce Best Access Doors products and services Nurture relationships through active and diligent follow-up using various tools including but not limited to phone email digital properties and various Social Media Platforms. Maintain accurate records of all leads opportunities and contact activities utilizing the Companys CRM capabilities. Meet Corporate Department and Individual targets and Key Performance Indicators. Always represent our company and products with integrity May on occasion be asked to take on tasks outside of job responsibility to help with company goals Skills/Qualifications Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Marketing Communications or related field (or equivalent experience) 02 years of experience in a sales business development or customer-facing role (entry-level welcome) Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport quickly Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively High energy proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn and grow within a sales organization Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Zoho Hubspot) and sales engagement tools (e.g. Zoominfo etc.) Coachable self-motivated and goal-oriented with a growth mindset Comfortable working in a remote fast-paced and team-oriented environment Asset: Exposure to construction e-commerce or B2B environments
