About the Company

Our client is a growing construction and mechanical services organization seeking a highly organized Back Office Paperwork Administrator to support operational project payroll HR and compliance documentation processes.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring paperwork is completed accurately documentation is properly maintained and project records remain organized and compliant.

Role Overview

The Back Office Paperwork Administrator will support multiple departments by managing documentation coordinating records tracking compliance requirements and maintaining organized filing systems.

The ideal candidate has prior experience in construction administration and enjoys working in highly organized detail-oriented environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process organize and maintain company paperwork and documentation
  • Assist with data entry filing and recordkeeping
  • Support onboarding and administrative paperwork
  • Track project documentation and compliance records
  • Review documents for completeness and accuracy
  • Coordinate with Payroll HR Operations and Project Teams
  • Assist with purchase orders invoices and timesheets
  • Maintain organized digital filing systems
  • Follow up on missing documentation
  • Handle confidential information professionally
