We are looking for an IT Support & Systems Administrator to provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support while managing Microsoft 365 Windows infrastructure and cloud services. This hybrid role combines helpdesk operations with systems administration to ensure reliable IT services infrastructure stability and an excellent end-user experience. The position is primarily ticket-driven with a low volume of phone calls.
Requisitos
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Support or Systems Administration.
Mandatory experience with Active Directory or Entra ID.
Experience with Microsoft 365 administration Windows Server basic Azure and user management.
Strong hardware support experience including workstations printers and peripherals.
Experience using remote support tools and ITSM/ticketing platforms.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS DHCP TCP/IP) VPN and VoIP.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and Adobe products is a plus.
Strong troubleshooting communication customer service and organizational skills.
Microsoft Azure ITIL or CompTIA certifications are considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for hardware software Windows (primarily) and occasional macOS issues.
Troubleshoot network enterprise application and remote access incidents.
Install configure and maintain workstations printers scanners peripherals and software.
Administer Microsoft 365 Exchange Online SharePoint OneDrive Teams Active Directory/Entra ID and basic Azure services.
Manage Windows Server environments user permissions shared drives and access policies.
Support VoIP systems CRM platforms Adobe applications and other third-party tools.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity VPN DNS DHCP TCP/IP and infrastructure-related issues.
Manage support tickets within SLA document procedures and deliver high-quality customer service.
