Job Summary
This role sits within Caterpillar Chinas Electrification and Energy Solutions (EES) team based in Qingzhou and supports electrification projects in Qingdao and Wuxi. You will lead rapid electrification system integration on-machine validation and solution iteration for EES and SEM programs.

The role converts system requirements into practical engineering solutions through hands-on integration testing and issue resolution. You will collaborate with design validation test and supplier teams to accelerate product readiness. This role combines system engineering expertise with hands-on execution in electrified machine. Key Responsibilities主要职责
Lead electrification system integration for China RED projects including requirement decomposition interface definition and packaging coordination.

Drive machine-level fit-up and system integration in Qingzhou to support rapid validation of new concepts.

Coordinate battery e-powertrain control thermal and charging systems to ensure seamless system-level integration.

Lead system-level design reviews DFMEA DVP planning and validation execution.

Plan and support test bench integration and validation activities

Lead root cause analysis and issue resolution during prototype build commissioning and testing.

Collaborate with Qingdao/Wuxi engineering teams QPG test engineers and suppliers to accelerate technical iteration.

Ensure timely closure of technical issues and readiness for implementation.

Required Skills任职要求
Bachelors degree or above in Electrical Engineering Mechatronics Mechanical Engineering Control Engineering or a related field.
本科及以上学历电气工程机电一体化机械工程控制工程或相关专业
Hands-on experience with electrification systems e-powertrain battery systems or machine/system integration.
具备电气化系统电驱系统电池系统或整机/系统集成的实操经验
Experience in prototype integration machine fit-up or rapid validation activities.
具备样机集成整机装机或快速验证相关经验
Familiarity with electrified machine development processes including design review validation and issue resolution.

Strong understanding of multidisciplinary systems across electrical mechanical and control domains.
