- 围绕公司重点业务领域或实际运营中的关键问题设计为期3周的暑期实习项目通过跨团队协作的方式将实习生分组围绕具体项目课题开展调研分析方案设计及成果汇报帮助公司解决实际业务痛点同时提升实习生的业务理解与实践能力
- 项目将结合导师指导与阶段性评审机制确保实习生能够在真实业务场景中学习与成长并产出有价值的项目成果
