Job Responsibility:

1. 前期评估与测试策划负责新产品导入前期设备能力与测试可行性评估结合客户需求共同制定完整的测试计划Test Plan及模具验证方案TQ Plan确保测试覆盖关键质量风险点

2. 测试进度与数据管理全程跟踪NPI各阶段EVT/DVT/PVT测试进度及时收集整理并分析测试数据组织阶段性数据评审输出MIL推动关键问题识别与关闭

3. 治具与测试方案优化负责所有品质相关治具Fixture的DFM评审与优化确保设计满足量产需求同时对量测系统及功能测试方法MTD进行评估与改善提高测试准确性与稳定性

4. NPI项目进度管控与报告输出跟踪厂内各环节进度生产测试品质等识别风险并及时反馈整理并输出相关质量报告确保信息透明可追溯并按要求上传系统

5. 专项测试方案与实验支持针对MQE及 PD提出的特殊测试需求主导测试方案评估与可行性分析指导实验室LAB执行测试确保测试方法合理数据准确可靠为客户问题分析与决策提供有效依据

Job Requirement:

1. 需要具备测试策划与可行性分析能力

2. 熟悉NPI流程EVT/DVT/PVT及项目推进具备较强的数据分析能力Excel / Minitab等

3. 熟悉治具DFM量测系统分析MSA或测试方法MTD

4. 具备良好的问题分析与解决能力Root Cause优秀的跨部门沟通与推动能力

5. 英文口语能力良好
