Job Summary
Job Purpose:
Assess and incubate new revenue stream new strategic capabilities and new GTM model that are value accretive to consumers Nike and digital partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive assessment and alignment of long-term growth opportunities for Nike: e.g. next gen of digital consumer-centric opportunities.
- Identify and incubate new strategic capabilities: e.g. AI.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration to activate strategy: e.g. incubate new consumer/sport experience via innovative way of working.
- Lead PMO of critical forward-looking marketplace projects to facilitate alignment track progress build process debottleneck operation and drive changes.
Requirements:
- Masters / bachelors degree
- Strategic thinking & entrepreneur mindset willing to explore and create
- 7 years of work experience in Consumer Goods / Retail / Consulting industry
- Fluent oral & written communication in both English & Chinese
- Experience in leading business development / innovation and complex cross-functional projects
