New Toy Planner
Job Summary
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the full-cycle planning and progress tracking of new toy products from project initiation to mass production ensuring all milestones are met;
- Collaborate with R&D Procurement and Production departments to accurately break down material requirements and prepare and issue production scheduling plans;
- Monitor raw material supply status provide timely early warnings of material shortage risks and coordinate to resolve supply chain anomalies to ensure on-time delivery;
- Regularly analyze production and sales data optimize inventory structure and improve new product launch efficiency and order delivery accuracy;
- Follow up on the new product trial production and verification process collect feedback and drive cross-departmental collaboration to achieve issue closure.
Qualifications :
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above in Logistics Management Industrial Engineering or related disciplines with manufacturing planning experience;
- Familiar with toy industry production processes and raw material characteristics;
- 2 years of experience in product planning or PMC-related roles; candidates with a background in raw material processing industry are preferred;
- Excellent coordination and stress-management skills data-sensitive and capable of handling emergencies efficiently;
- Rigorous and meticulous in work strong sense of responsibility with good communication skills and teamwork spirit;
- Proficient in English listening speaking reading and writing.
