Managing inventory target of assigned profile to meet department and corporate KPI. 按照配置文件中的库存目标管理库存以实现部门和公司的KPI
Support all forecast related activities as well as drives forecast accuracy using historial sales data and Inventory matrix in APO. 用APO 中的历史数据和库存组合实现各种需求预测并完善准确率
Strong working relationships and communications with key cross functional stakeholders. 与相关各方保持良好的工作关系和沟通
Weekly procurement/replenishment process using APO. 每周使用APO 进行库存补充
Close collaboration with Asian Hub forwarders and vendors to ensure smooth Inbound delivery. 与亚太仓库运输公司和供应商紧密合作以保证货物入库顺畅
Proactively review vendors backlog & expedite to ensure on-time delivery. Ensure timely update of schedule in SAP. 主动查看供应商的未交货订单以促进按时交付及时更新SAP 中的交付计划
Manage assigned material master data and purchase pricing. 管理负责物料的主数据和采购价格
Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed. 解决突发事件
Initiate continuous improvement pertaining to planning and procurement processes. 不断主动完善计划和采购流程
Taking part in or coordinate meetings with other functional teams. 参与或者组织与其他部门的会议
Carrying out any other tasks related to this position. 完成各种与此职位相关的工作
You would also be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and be able to build strong and effective relationships with key stakeholders. 能够处理多样事情并且能够与关键的利益相关者建立强有力和有效的关系
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
At least Degree in Supply Chain or Purchasing & Materials or Business discipline 供应链或采购和材料或者商务专业本科毕业
Well verse in written and spoken mandarin & English. 良好的英语书面和口头表达能力
At least 3 years of related experience in Planning & Procurement 至少3 年的采购计划相关工作经验
Well-versed in Microsoft Office software MS Excel & Powerpoint 精通微软Office 软件--MS Excel 和PowerPoint
Proficient in SAP/ERP APO experience preferred. 精通SAP/ERP有APO 经验者优先
Strong analytical skills and attention to details. 较强的分析能力和对细节的关注
Effective communication skills and good knowledge of inter-function collaboration. 有效的沟通技巧和良好的职能间合作知识
