岗位职责
1. 根据工厂物料需求及出货计划及时安排进出口单证制作和检查确保进出口单证的准确性和合规性
2. 申请进出口过程中所需的各类证书或许可证
3. 应对和解决通关事务中各类突发问题以及与海关的良好沟通
4. 与货代客户计划仓库生产等部门保持良好沟通跟踪货物的运输情况确保货物的准时提货和到货
5. 国内/国际运输业务异常情况的协调解决对承运商/报关行的KPI考核对于异常物流情况进行分析及采取改进措施
6. 运费业务 国际运费计算与分析 运费成本控制与优化 每月审核货运代理账单确保费用海运费空运费附加费报关费本地杂费等的准确性和合理性识别并处理异常费用 整理和核对运费相关单据确保符合财务要求审计规范和海关合规要求 协调安排运费的及时准确支付
职位要求
1. 大专以上学历
2. 国际贸易物流专业等相关专业优先
3. 熟悉海关法律法规进出口流程及国际贸易规则
4. 熟悉清关税则归类HS code及关税测算
5. 了解国际运输方式海运空运卡车快递等及费用控制
6. 3年以上进出口相关工作经验
7. 能熟练应用办公软件尤其EXCEL 办公软件如有数字化经验优先
8. 良好的协调沟通能力及分析解决问题能力
9. 富有责任心和团队合作精神
