Job Summary
现场生产管理 (50%)
1.在主管指导下监督生产执行跟踪进度并控制工作流以确保达成计划目标
实施现场质量控制成本控制人力/物料/费用及6S管理达成各项目标
确保产线效率良率与产能监督操作员活动及时处理并上报异常
绩效管理 (20%)与团队管理 (10%)
2.评估团队成员绩效提供建设性反馈教练指导及纪律管理以促进提升
管理团队后勤排班人员配置考勤并在权限内审核奖惩/调动
促进积极团队沟通开展情绪管理营造和谐工作氛围
为员工提供操作安全标准公司政策及职业行为的必要培训指导
安全管理 (10%)
3.确保人员财产及设备安全严格执行安全程序杜绝不安全行为
识别隐患监督设备维护预防事故并有效响应突发事件
专项任务与报告 (10%)
汇报运营状况提出改进建议分析工作并推动持续优化
准确完成生产数据报表与统计
参与综合管理体系活动如审核
高效执行上级指派的其他任务
Qualification & Requirements
高中或高中以上
一年以上相关工作经验
熟悉生产核心领域现场管理质量管理工艺改进
熟悉office操作
