Operator I, Production Line

Due to continuous growth CommScope is looking to hire an Operator Production Line to be based at our site in Suzhou China. This role is responsible for the assembly and/or testing of fiber optic connector products ensuring products are manufactured in accordance with defined process standards and quality requirements. The position plays an important role in supporting stable production product quality and on-time delivery.

How Youll Help Us Connect the World:
1. Responsible for assembly or testing of fiber optic connector products according to production plans and work instructions.
2. Perform daily work strictly in accordance with production process standards and operating procedures ensuring quality and output targets are met.
3. Carry out daily cleaning and basic maintenance of production equipment tools and fixtures; promptly report any equipment or product abnormalities.
4. Accurately complete production logs quality inspection records and related documentation in a timely manner.
5. Comply with workshop discipline safety production requirements and management regulations.
6. Maintain clean and orderly production areas properly organize and sort materials and keep workstations neat and well-organized.

Required Qualifications for Consideration:
1. Age 1845 years open to all genders.
2. Junior high school education or above.
3. In good physical condition good eyesight no bad habits affecting work.
4. Able to work diligently with a strong sense of responsibility and possess basic hands-on skills and learning ability.
5. Willing to comply with company management requirements and adapt to shift work arrangements.
6. Able to strictly comply with company safety production and workshop management rules and regulations.

You Will Excite Us If You Have:
Prior working experience in the optical communication industry is preferred.
Familiarity with manufacturing assembly or testing environments is a plus.
