1. 负责DevOps技术团队的管理培养与绩效考核带领团队完成公司研发效能提升AI工程化落地与业务稳定性保障目标
2. 精通Kubernetes生态与容器化技术具备主导大规模业务从0到1容器化改造的项目管理经验能够统筹资源把控项目进度与质量保障项目按时落地交付
3. 负责公司AI-DevOps体系的整体规划与演进统筹建设适配AI研发的DevOps工具链支撑大模型训练微调推理部署全流程的工程化落地推动AI技术赋能DevOps全业务域落地AI智能Code Review智能故障根因定位自动化运维助理等提效工具
4. 带领团队搭建私有化AI平台的标准化交付与自动化运维体系深入理解AI工作负载特性结合大模型与知识库服务的部署特点设计高可用可扩展的底层基础设施架构保障AI服务在不同场景下的性能与稳定性
5. 负责公司DevOps体系的整体规划与演进结合业务发展需求持续优化CI/CD流程容器云平台可观测性体系提升全公司研发交付效率
6. 对接业务与AI研发团队深入理解用户需求统筹规划平台功能迭代平衡技术投入与业务价值保障平台服务体验与稳定性
7. 跟踪AI-DevOps领域前沿技术引入合适的技术与实践推动公司工程效能体系与AI研发能力持续升级

Basic Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree or above in computer-related majors with no less than 7 years of experience in DevOps/operation and development and no less than 3 years of technical team management experience
2. Experience in building large-scale Internet or enterprise-level DevOps platforms from scratch and team management experience in AI engineering project implementation is preferred
3. Basic English listening and speaking skills

Core Responsibilities & Requirements

1. Responsible for the management training and performance appraisal of the DevOps technical team leading the team to achieve the companys R&D efficiency improvement AI engineering implementation and business stability assurance goals
2. Proficient in Kubernetes ecosystem and containerization technology have project management experience in leading large-scale business containerization transformation from scratch able to coordinate resources control project progress and quality and ensure the on-time delivery of the project
3. Responsible for the overall planning and evolution of the companys AI-DevOps system coordinate the construction of DevOps toolchains adapted for AI R&D support the engineering implementation of the whole process of large model training fine-tuning inference and deployment promote AI technology to empower the entire DevOps business domain and implement efficiency improvement tools such as AI intelligent Code Review intelligent fault root cause location and automated operation assistant
4. Lead the team to build a standardized delivery and automated operation and maintenance system for private AI platforms deeply understand the characteristics of AI workloads design a highly available and scalable infrastructure infrastructure combined with the deployment characteristics of large models and knowledge base services and ensure the performance and stability of AI services in different scenarios
5. Responsible for the overall planning and evolution of the companys DevOps system continuously optimize the CI/CD process container cloud platform and observability system combined with business development needs and improve the R&D delivery efficiency of the whole company
6. Connect with business and AI R&D teams deeply understand user requirements plan platform function iteration as a whole balance technical input and business value and ensure platform service experience and stability
7. Track cutting-edge technologies in the AI-DevOps field introduce appropriate technologies and practices and promote the continuous upgrading of the companys engineering efficiency system and AI R&D capabilities

1. Strong sense of service assurance and business responsibility able to coordinate the stability assurance of production and AI services from the perspective of the companys overall business and establish a sound fault response and emergency handling mechanism
2. Clear user experience thinking able to continue to polish DevOps tools and services based on the needs of AI R&D teams and business R&D teams and improve the overall satisfaction of R&D teams
3. Excellent project management and cross-departmental communication skills able to coordinate multi-party resources to promote the implementation of large-scale AI engineering and containerization transformation projects and balance the needs of different business lines and team capacity
4. Excellent team training capabilities able to build a well-structured DevOps technical team with outstanding AI engineering capabilities and create an open and progressive technical culture
