Key responsibilities

1. 负责抖音原生内容团队01搭建与规模化产出制定内容策略选题方向爆款逻辑为账号增长短视频引流直播间流量负责

2. 统筹编导拍摄剪辑AI热点分析全流程把控视频质量发布节奏算法优化与数据效果

3. 挖掘热点趋势与用户需求打造高完播高互动高引流的短视频支撑直播流量与账号冷启动

4. 建立内容复盘与迭代机制提升内容产出效率与爆款率

5. 协同直播团队实现内容直播一体化提升流量精准度与转化效率

Qualifications and skills

1. 大专及以上学历3年以上抖音内容团队管理经验具备01搭建内容团队从冷启动到规模化产出爆款的成功案例有抖音电商内容经验优先

2. 深度精通抖音算法内容趋势爆款逻辑用户心理熟练掌握短视频全链路创意脚本拍摄剪辑投放复盘能持续打造高引流内容

3. 优秀的内容策略制定团队管理流程优化效率提升能力能够统筹编导拍摄剪辑AI数据分析模块落地高质量内容产出

4. 高创意市场趋势敏感度极强审美在线细节严谨结果导向执行力强抗压性高具备良好跨部门协同与敏捷应变能力4. 反应快速高韧性实时敏捷数据驱动结果导向抗压能力强可适配直播高强度节奏
