7 years of experience in Application Portfolio Management CMDB Asset Inventory Management Application Governance or Technology Operations.
Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and asset repositories.
Experience managing application inventory and technology asset data.
Knowledge of application ownership support models infrastructure dependencies and technology governance processes.
Data Management
Data quality assessment and remediation.
Data validation and reconciliation.
Metadata management.
Inventory completeness analysis.
Application portfolio reporting.
Tools & Platforms
ServiceNow CMDB / Asset Management
JIRA
SharePoint
Microsoft Excel (advanced)
Power BI
Microsoft Office Suite
Stakeholder Management
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work with senior Application Owners and Technology Leads.
