In this role you will support the creation management and publication of high-quality technical documentation for civil and defense customers while contributing to process improvements.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Publish S1000D Interactive Electronic Technical Publications (IETPs).
- Create and modify data modules (DM) in a CSDB environment.
- Develop and maintain documents templates and macros in Microsoft Office and Adobe tools.
- Participate in internal peer reviews.
- Troubleshoot and improve authoring and publishing tools.
- Propose and implement improvements to documentation processes including AI usage.
Minimum Qualifications
- University degree college diploma or equivalent experience.
- Strong proficiency with Windows-based applications and tools (Arbortext Word Acrobat SharePoint).
- Knowledge of XML and HTML.
- Understanding of content management systems and databases.
- Knowledge of S1000D and aviation standards.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools.
- Familiarity with graphics and presentation software.
