About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Systems Testing/QA Specialist to support a high-profile Government Services Integration Cluster initiative focused on modern digital platforms automated testing frameworks and secure identity solutions.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in defining enterprise-level QA strategies implementing automation frameworks managing end-to-end testing activities and ensuring quality delivery for complex web mobile and API-based applications.
This role requires a highly skilled QA professional with strong automation expertise CI/CD integration experience API and mobile testing capabilities and knowledge of digital identity standards and security testing practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project teams during requirements and design phases to define testing strategies test plans and test cases.
- Design and implement automated testing frameworks for enterprise web mobile and API applications.
- Develop and execute automated and manual test scripts for functional regression integration performance and security testing.
- Create and maintain requirements traceability matrices to ensure complete test coverage.
- Manage defect lifecycle activities including identification tracking prioritization and resolution.
- Conduct functional and non-functional testing including regression load usability security accessibility and mobile testing.
- Perform AODA compliance testing aligned with WCAG 2.0 standards.
- Support API automation testing for RESTful and SOAP services using modern QA tools.
- Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps GitHub Actions or similar platforms.
- Prepare and manage test data test environments and data migration validation activities.
- Produce QA reports dashboards issue summaries and testing status updates for project leadership.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and collaborate closely with Product Owners Business Analysts Developers and DevOps teams.
- Develop QA/QC standard operating procedures and best practices documentation.
- Support cross-browser cross-platform and mobile application testing across iOS and Android environments.
- Participate in defect review meetings and provide root cause analysis and testing insights.
- Provide backup support to other QA team members when required.

Automation Testing Expertise
- Strong experience designing and maintaining automated testing frameworks using:
- Selenium
- Appium

- JUnit or equivalent tools
- Hands-on experience with automation scripting using:

- Proven expertise automating test cases for:
- Complex web applications
