Job Summary
Position:Senior Major Incident Officer
Location:Hybrid 3x per week in office (Toronto Downtown)
Structure: FTE Permanent
Pay:Up to $130000 base salary bonus

Requirements:
- 5 years of working experience in Major Incident management in supporting complex IT environment in a larger organization
- 12years of progressive IT working experience that spans a high-level understanding of full stack technologies used in a large enterprise
- 3 years of working experience in dealing with senior executives (VP audience) from Business and Technology
- Banking or finance services industry experience is a strong asset
- Excellent communication (verbal/written/presentation) skills
