ReportingAnalystwillberesponsible forowningthe designdelivery and maintenanceofPeopleand Culture(P&C)reportingand business role serves as the subject-matter expert on workforce datadriving reporting strategy ensuring data integrity across P&C systems andprovidingconsultative guidance to senior leaders that shapes how the organization makes people a seniorteam member you will partner cross-functionally with business analysts and operational leaders across Softchoice to combinepeopledata with business performance data turning insight into will lead end-to-end analytics initiatives with minimal direction influence without authority and bring executive presence to everystakeholderinteraction.
What youll do:
- Developand ownreporting dashboardsusingdata mining analytics and reporting tools(SuccessFactors Story ADP VantagePowerBI Power Platform)todriveperformance monitoring andexecutivedecision-making.
- Design develop andmaintaindata and statistical models including complex data manipulationfrom multiple sourcesthatgenerateactionable insights for leadership.
- Serve as the P&C analytics subject-matter expert proactively advising senior leaders on key metrics trends and data-driven recommendations that inform workforce strategy
- Conduct a review ofthe intake and prioritization of reporting requests and ensurereporting datais presentedin an understandable and user-friendly format.
- Engage stakeholders at all levels in definingrequirementsdevelopingtechnical specificationsanalyzingdata flow andcompletingtesting for report execution.
- Conductaudits on dataextractedto ensurethehighestqualityis being used forreporting.
- Perform quality assurance checks on system configurations including assessment of changes in SAP bi-annual releases todeterminetheimpact.
- UseHRsystem and processexpertisetoanalyze andtroubleshoot issuesidentifyrootcausesanddetermineand executeresolution.
- Supporttheimplementation and maintenance of data and reporting strategyand governancewithin P&C and throughoutthe partnership with business areas.
- Champion the empowerment ofstakeholdersat various levelsinleveragingreporting toolsto supportstrategic andoperational needs.
- Respond to benchmarking surveys and prepare analysis on employee data across P&C Systems
- Serve as the SMEfor P&C analyticsby owningthetimelygeneration of recurringmetrics.
- Ensure reporting roles and access are defined andmaintainedinpartnership with IT governance and SuccessFactors Administrators
- Create andmaintainKnowledge-Based Documentation (KBDs) related to new developments and enhancements in reports and dashboards for knowledge sharing and jobshadowing.
- Onboard new HR Technologyteam members on P&C reporting tools including training and change management.
- Works with otherHRTechnology team membersto build awareness ofdata and process changesimpactingbusinessmetrics.
- Maintains current knowledgeofreportingtrendsandbest practices for long-term solutions.
What youll bring to the table:
- Bachelors degree in businessanalytics management analytics math statistics computerscienceor related field
- Aminimum of 5years experienceworkingwith Analytics toolsat an advanced levelwith 2 years in PowerBI and Power Platform tools.
- Experience with data visualization tools with at least 1 full implementation of Planning Forecasting BIand Predictive Analytics
- Enrolled orcompletingData Analytics certificationor programsis an asset (Microsoft Certified: Power BI DataAnalystorPeople Analytics programs)
- Demonstrated experience in using queries and syntax to conduct data mining transformation cleansingandvisualization.
- Intermediate toAdvanced experience with Microsoft Office products and SQL for querying relational databases.
- A broadunderstanding of HR business fundamentalswithat least4years of HR operations experience
- Experience in1-2full-cycleSAP SuccessFactors implementation projectsis anasset.
- Experience withowninggovernance controlsprocessesdata modeling master data management data standardization
- Should beableto model positive behaviorin the engagement with othersanddisplay thedesired values and culture of theorganization.
- Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives end-to-end with minimal direction taking full ownership from problem identification through solution delivery.
- Works collaboratively to provide servicesthataresought after and recognized for being of highquality.
- Executive presence with the ability to distill complex technical information into clear actionable narratives for senior leadership and non-technical audiences.
- Must be able tohandle multiple tasksand projects withdeadlines andadaptable to changes inprioritylevelthat requirea high levelof organization and planning skills.
- Must be able to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing the quality of theirwork.
- Detail-orientedwith proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strongconsultative skillsetable to frametechnology issues plansand solutions from both a businessand technical perspectiveproviding both pros and cons for recommendedsolutionsto peers people leaders and senior leadership.
- Excellent documentation skills (Process and trainingmanuals workbook updates)
Compensation:
A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $76500 to $102000 annually 10% Target Incentives.
Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including location experience skill set education and related certification. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
