North Western Property Maintenance is seeking a highly organized and reliable Shop Coordinator to take ownership of our shop yard and inventory systems. This role is ideal for someone who values structure efficiency and maintaining a clean well-run workspace.

North Western Property Maintenance is seeking a highly organized and reliable Shop Coordinator to take ownership of our shop yard and inventory systems. This role is ideal for someone who values structure efficiency and maintaining a clean well-run workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a clean organized shop and yard using Lean principles
- Manage inventory including synthetic grass shipments and stock levels
- Prepare materials and load/unload trucks
- Support crews with tools and deliveries as needed
- Oversee basic fleet and equipment maintenance tracking
- Follow NWPMs 3S system: Sort Sweep Standardize
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working outdoors
- Comfortable using power tools and operating equipment
- Forklift experience preferred
- Valid drivers license with clean abstract
- Comfortable working in outdoor environments year-round
- Positive attitude
