Senior Databricks Consultant – Cybersecurity Data Solutions

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Databricks Consultant to support the development of advanced data solutions focused on cybersecurity and Identity & Access Management (IAM) initiatives. The consultant will work within an Agile pod structure alongside a delivery lead functional analyst/tester and development team to design and implement scalable cloud-based analytics and data engineering solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong hands-on expertise with Databricks modern cloud data platforms and large-scale data pipeline development with exposure to cybersecurity domains considered a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and optimize data engineering and analytics solutions using Databricks.

• Build scalable data pipelines using PySpark and Spark frameworks.

• Develop cloud-based data processing solutions primarily within Azure environments.

• Support cybersecurity-focused initiatives including Identity & Access Management (IAM) cyber risk analytics and security data processing.

• Collaborate closely with Agile pod members including delivery leads analysts testers and developers.

• Participate in solution design development testing deployment and optimization activities.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure high-quality solution delivery.

• Contribute to documentation knowledge transfer and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Senior Consultant-level experience in data engineering analytics or cloud data solutions.

• Strong hands-on experience with Databricks (mandatory).

• Strong proficiency in:

• PySpark / Apache Spark

• Data pipeline development

• Cloud data platforms (Azure preferred)

• Experience working within Agile or pod-based delivery environments.

• Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently in collaborative project environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to cybersecurity domains such as:

• Identity & Access Management (IAM)

• Cyber risk

• Security operations or security analytics

• Experience with cloud-native data architecture and large-scale data processing.

• French language proficiency strongly preferred.
