Senior Salesforce Consultant

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Consultant with over 12 years of expertise in designing developing and implementing solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud (FSC/FSV) and a strong background in Salesforce development and integration.

Responsibilities:

• Design develop and implement Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs focusing on Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Financial Services Cloud.
• Utilize Apex Classes Triggers Batch Apex Queueables Schedulables Platform Events and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for development tasks.
• Integrate Salesforce with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs Middleware (MuleSoft Kafka) and Webhooks.
• Create and maintain technical design documents including PDD SDD Integration Design Specs and Data Mapping Documents.
• Manage Salesforce DevOps processes including CI/CD automated testing and release management.
• Oversee data migration processes ensuring optimized performance and handling large-volume records.
• Provide technical guidance and solution designs during project phases.

Mandatory Skills:

• 12 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
• Hands-on expertise in Apex LWC and FSC/FSV data models.
• Strong understanding of OOP design patterns and Salesforce best practices.
• Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Git Azure DevOps Copado Gearset).
• Proficiency in data migration techniques and tools (ETL mappings Bulk API Data Loader).
• Deal Breaker Skill: Service Dev Foundation.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Flow Orchestration and FSC automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of workflow-based logic and Process Builder to Flow migration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Architect Salesforce Developer) are a plus.
