Job Summary

Were looking for a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to bridge business and technical teams within a Wealth Management technology division. The ideal candidate brings hands-on Salesforce experience strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial services processes and regulatory considerations.

What youll do

  • Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather document and validate business requirements aligned with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud capabilities
  • Perform gap analysis between current and future-state processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities
  • Create user stories with acceptance criteria and maintain a prioritized backlog in Jira
  • Design and execute test cases covering functional integration performance and compliance aspects across SIT UAT and regression testing
  • Coordinate UAT with business users track defects and support post-implementation reviews
  • Develop current and future-state process maps and document standard operating procedures
  • Create training materials and conduct enablement sessions to support user adoption
  • Track adoption metrics gather user feedback and recommend product enhancements
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and development teams on configuration and design strategies
  • Maintain a requirements traceability matrix and ensure alignment with data governance and regulatory standards

What you bring

  • 4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementations preferably Sales Cloud Service Cloud or Financial Services Cloud
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration tools including flows workflows and validation rules
  • Experience with requirements gathering testing and UAT coordination
  • Familiarity with Jira TestRail and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
  • Strong documentation process mapping and stakeholder communication skills
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator or Associate certification or willingness to obtain within 2 months of hire
  • Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Computer Science or equivalent experience

Nice to have

  • Experience in financial services wealth management or banking environments
  • Knowledge of wealth management processes and compliance workflows
  • Salesforce Business Analyst Certification or Financial Services Cloud Accreditation
  • Familiarity with data integration patterns and APIs
