Job Summary
Were looking for a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst to bridge business and technical teams within a Wealth Management technology division. The ideal candidate brings hands-on Salesforce experience strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of financial services processes and regulatory considerations.
What youll do
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather document and validate business requirements aligned with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud capabilities
- Perform gap analysis between current and future-state processes to identify automation and optimization opportunities
- Create user stories with acceptance criteria and maintain a prioritized backlog in Jira
- Design and execute test cases covering functional integration performance and compliance aspects across SIT UAT and regression testing
- Coordinate UAT with business users track defects and support post-implementation reviews
- Develop current and future-state process maps and document standard operating procedures
- Create training materials and conduct enablement sessions to support user adoption
- Track adoption metrics gather user feedback and recommend product enhancements
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and development teams on configuration and design strategies
- Maintain a requirements traceability matrix and ensure alignment with data governance and regulatory standards
What you bring
- 4 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce implementations preferably Sales Cloud Service Cloud or Financial Services Cloud
- Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration tools including flows workflows and validation rules
- Experience with requirements gathering testing and UAT coordination
- Familiarity with Jira TestRail and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- Strong documentation process mapping and stakeholder communication skills
- Salesforce Certified Administrator or Associate certification or willingness to obtain within 2 months of hire
- Bachelors degree in Business Information Systems Computer Science or equivalent experience
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services wealth management or banking environments
- Knowledge of wealth management processes and compliance workflows
- Salesforce Business Analyst Certification or Financial Services Cloud Accreditation
- Familiarity with data integration patterns and APIs
