The Information Technology Services (IT Services) department is looking for an IT professional to take a leading role in administering and developing Salesforce and related technologies as part of the Enterprise CRM Program. You will be responsible for innovative design to meet a variety of institutional needs focusing on out-of-the-box configuration administration and operations.

The Junior Salesforce Administrator will coordinate with internal and external institutional and technical subject matter experts to transform requirements into key capabilities within the Enterprise CRM ecosystem. The role is essential to the success of the CRM (Constituent Relationship Management) program and will receive on-the-job training on Salesforce MS Power Platform Power BI and other related technologies.

This position installs codes tests debugs updates and maintains software applications. This position assists with the resolution of routine application design and maintenance problems. This position assesses monitors and reports on the level of application security availability and performance and prepares documentation for system configuration records maintenance. This position also provides software troubleshooting and technical support to end users.

Job Description

What you will do
Installs codes tests debugs updates and maintains software applications.
Resolves routine application design and maintenance problems.
Assesses monitors and reports on the level of application security availability and performance.
Analyses and revises system logic.
Prepares and/or updates systems configuration documentation.
Prepares and/or updates training documentation.
Provides software troubleshooting and technical support to end users.
Prepares automations including reporting.
Participates in incident responses.
Other duties as required in the support of the department and/or unit.

Required Education
Three-year Community College Diploma or Three-Year Bachelor Degree or addition requires trade certification qualification or on-going learning to remain ahead of changes in technology or emerging fields.

Required Experience
More than 2 years and up to and including 3 years of experience.
Experience with software and web technologies considered an asset (e.g. ServiceNow Customer Relationship Management (CRM) other software packaging etc.).
Consideration may be given to an equivalent combination of education and experience.
