Key Objectives Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and trust-building. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet or exceed individual and team targets. Educate clients on Aflacs insurance products and services to ensure informed decision-making. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Responsibilities Prospect and generate leads through networking referrals and cold calling. Conduct detailed needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Present and explain Aflacs product offerings clearly and persuasively. Prepare and deliver sales proposals and close deals effectively. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools. Stay informed about industry trends competitor products and regulatory changes. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred. Proven experience in sales preferably within insurance financial services or related fields. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and excellent time management. Comfortable working independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
