What Youll Do
- Guide guests in finding the right products for their homes
- Meet or exceed sales goals
- Stay on top of product knowledge trends and competitor offerings
- Build relationships through calls online leads and in-store traffic
- Keep organized and follow through on all our guests needs
What You Bring
- High school diploma
- 2 years of sales experience (retail or commissioned preferred)
- A confident results-driven sales approach
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using MS Office and learning new systems
- Flexibility to work days evenings weekends
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stay active on the sales floor
