Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Warehouse Associate who can support multiple areas of warehouse operations. The successful candidate must be comfortable operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts completing order-picking assignments handling products manually and assisting wherever operational support is required.
This is a hands-on position suited to someone dependable safety-focused and comfortable switching between equipment operation and general warehouse duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate high-reach and counterbalance forklifts.
- Pick and prepare customer orders accurately.
- Load unload move and stage warehouse products.
- Put away incoming inventory in designated locations.
- Replenish picking locations as required.
- Verify product quantities item numbers and order details.
- Use RF scanners or warehouse inventory systems when required.
- Perform manual material handling and general warehouse duties.
- Regularly lift and move products weighing up to 5060 lbs.
- Assist with pallet building wrapping labeling and staging.
- Inspect equipment before use and report safety or maintenance concerns.
- Maintain a clean organized and safe work area.
- Follow all warehouse procedures safety requirements and supervisor instructions.
- Support different departments and operational tasks based on daily requirements.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is required.
- Proven experience operating high-reach and counterbalance forklifts.
- Valid forklift certification is required.
- Previous order-picking and inventory-handling experience.
- Ability to safely lift up to 5060 lbs.
- Comfortable performing both forklift and manual warehouse work.
- Strong attention to accuracy and product handling.
- Dependable punctual and able to maintain regular attendance.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and willing to assist with different warehouse responsibilities.
- Must meet all applicable legal and safety requirements for operating powered warehouse equipment.
