Project Manager, Interior Design

What you will accomplish with us

• Lead complex multi-phase projects from concept to construction.
• Manage schedule budget and resources.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and consultants.
• Act as primary client contact.
• Ensure compliance with Quebec codes and standards.
• Oversee construction and resolve technical issues.
• Manage risks contracts and project performance.
• Support business development initiatives.

Qualifications :

What you need

• Bachelors degree in interior design completed.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design including significant experience in project management (multi-phase multidisciplinary) and all stages of a project (budget management scheduling issue assessment risk management etc.).
• Experience in managing budgets and timelines.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders (clients developers etc.).
• Proficiency in Revit (a strong asset).
• Proven leadership and ability to mobilize teams toward project objectives.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail in managing assignments.
• Bilingual in English and French both written and spoken as you will be collaborating with Québec-based teams.
