Project Manager, Interior Design

What you will accomplish with us
- Lead complex multi-phase projects from concept to construction.
- Manage schedule budget and resources.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and consultants.
- Act as primary client contact.
- Ensure compliance with Quebec codes and standards.
- Oversee construction and resolve technical issues.
- Manage risks contracts and project performance.
- Support business development initiatives.
Qualifications :
What you need
- Bachelors degree in interior design completed.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in interior design including significant experience in project management (multi-phase multidisciplinary) and all stages of a project (budget management scheduling issue assessment risk management etc.).
- Experience in managing budgets and timelines.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders (clients developers etc.).
- Proficiency in Revit (a strong asset).
- Proven leadership and ability to mobilize teams toward project objectives.
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail in managing assignments.
- Bilingual in English and French both written and spoken as you will be collaborating with Québec-based teams.
