Project Coordinator

As an Operations & Maintenance Project Coordinator you will support the planning execution and continuous improvement of operations and maintenance activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient project delivery by integrating cost control inventory management materials coordination and operational support.

The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills a data-driven mindset and the ability to collaborate across teams to optimize resource utilization and maintain operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate operations and maintenance projects ensuring schedules stakeholders and deliverables are effectively managed.
• Monitor budgets and support cost control through tracking forecasting and variance analysis.
• Manage inventory and materials including procurement stock levels and supply coordination.
• Support operational efficiency by assisting with maintenance planning and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate documentation reporting and compliance with safety and organizational standards.

Qualifications :

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business Engineering Supply Chain or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in project coordination operations maintenance or similar roles.
• Experience with cost tracking inventory systems and materials management processes.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel required); experience with ERP or CMMS systems is an asset.
• Excellent organizational analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Additional Information :

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.

Target Salary: $60.00 per hour
