Project Controls & Commercial Administrator

• Lead technical due diligence facility assessments and capital planning engagements
• Deliver BCA/FCA studies reserve fund analyses and lifecycle strategies
• Translate technical findings into actionable client-focused advisory solutions
• Manage projects end-to-end ensuring alignment with scope schedule and budget
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams consultants and stakeholders
• Provide expertise in building science asset management and construction coordination
• Support client decision-making through clear reporting and strategic recommendations

Qualifications :

• 5 years in project controls engineering or project management
• Recognized university degree or equivalent practical experience 
• Strong expertise in asset management building assessments and capital planning
• Financial administration and recordkeeping capability 
• Experience supporting invoicing approvals and internal governance processes 
• PMP certification preferred; working toward OAA (or similar) considered an asset

The base salary range for this full-time role is $75000 - $120000 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only not of a total compensation package. Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range depending on candidates experience and qualifications.
