Job Summary

Production Support - IBMS (IBM i (AS400/iSeries) billing platform and operations. Proficiency in CL (Control Language) RPG (RPGLE/ILE RPG) for troubleshooting and analysis.)

Role Descriptions:

availability of AS400 applications within defined SLA

and resolve all incidents/service requests within SLA

with network application architects and developers and others to maintain a high-performance end-to-end production solutions

24x7 support for critical issues and business hours support for all other

and implement changes to address operational gaps

Root Cause Analysis for incidents and follow through to completion

with vendors and lease with other IT teams

with business to identify improvements

Strong experience with IBM i (AS400/iSeries) billing platform and operations Proficiency in CL (Control Language) RPG (RPGLE/ILE RPG) for troubleshooting and analysis Hands-on experience with batch job processing job scheduling and job queue management Able to perform data fixes file maintenance and system-level debugging Exposure to automation scripting monitoring tools and batch recovery strategies Deep understanding of manual handling job logs spool files and system messages
