As an Operations Support Team you play a key role in enabling our team to go above and beyond working collaboratively to provide reliable and exceptional travel experience to our Owners each time they fly with us. You will ensure the continued 24-hour operation of AirSprint by maintaining such things as airplane supplies and commissary items client requests and regulatory documentation this role you will:Ramp DutiesTow aircraft and stage on the ramp and in the aircraft on and off the ramp and provide ground power the pilots with passenger passenger cars to the -ice aircraft prior to snow off the ramp and parking snow from walkways and entrances or client exposed a daily inspection of the hangar to ensure neatness and garbage and ensure cleanliness of hangar FOD of the ramp snow around entire cleanliness and neatness of the commissary the hangar and lobby fridge ensuring it is clean and the dish washer and confirm all dishes/cutlery are back in grass and complete general landscaping as all and report defective minor facility maintenance such as changing light bulbs Cleaning / DetailingManage the aircraft cleanliness monitoring system for major cleaning and detailing for all company aircraft interior detailing daily and jet washing as leading-edge and wash aircraft if flight crew are on a minimum rest turn TransportationDrive the shuttle for client pick ups and drop client client Night CurrencyTrack pilot night currency. Issue warning emails (copied to Duty OPS) including second emails if Chief Pilot with weekly tracking DocumentationManage at all bases the dissemination of current aircraft documents and credit CommissaryProduce requirement lists and purchase for the Calgary anything not available at night to be picked up during the required commissary and equipment as required from suppliers. Conduct regular aircraft audits and maintain aircraft commissary to a standard and purchase client special commissary requirement OperationsProvide flight crew with printouts of weather NOTAMs TFRs etc. and any other assistance (such as picking up food) for aircraft on a quick turn in and Duty TrackingProcess Journey accurate flight and duty time information into tracking software and produce daily flight and duty log pilots for missing Journey Log daily Flight Time and Duty Status daily List of JL Errors the Director Flight Operations and/or Chief Pilot if there is a duty issue requiring grounding a pilot or of any other be successful in this role you will have:High school ability to obtain and maintain Transport Canada Security Clearance and RAIC Class G2 Driver License and clean driver transition to Flight Line you will also have:College Aviation Diploma or Pilots Engine and Multi Engine IFR Exam shall be completed prior to transfer to flight lineYoull fit right in if you:Focus on getting things right down to the last a humble team player and are ready to pitch in wherever youre passionate about providing exceptional customer in a fast paced and agile environment Are committed to growth by seeking and providing constructive think youll like working for us because:We care about your health and well-being and offer an employee assistance program extended health care benefits dental and vision benefits and paid time value your contribution to our success and provide a competitive salary and an RRSP matching have a great team and we work hard together toward common goals and with a passion for offer family and friends flight respect honour and celebrate the diversity of our employees as we know our differences make us better.
