A Day in the Life* of a Mechanic:

• Maintenance or repairs of small vehicles in our fleet.

• Using various power tools hand instruments and cutting-edge equipment

• Completing daily reports work orders and ordering necessary parts

• Planning and scheduling repairs in M5 planner and procure parts

• Assisting in the review of mechanical write-ups and coordinate repair schedule

Whats Required:

Mechanics must have:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); technical diploma desired

• Current third year apprentice or above

• Relevant criteria for safety-sensitive functions according to Company standards

• Follow detailed instructions work independently and maintain accurate records

• Willingness to operate any vehicle or equipment necessary to perform job

• Exert physical effort including pushing pulling bending and lifting items up to 100 lbs.

• Use fine motor coordination with arm hand finger and leg dexterity

• Ability to kneel crawl and climb

Working Conditions:

• May include exposure to dust noise heat cold and fumes
