Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs including glass replacement trash receptacle repairs and painting
- Safely and effectively use hand and power tools
- Provide operational support as required
- Work outdoors year-round in varying weather conditions
- Operate lawn-care equipment and work from ladders
- Follow all health and safety policies and procedures
- Complete additional duties as assigned
Critical Qualifications
- Strong English reading writing and communication skills
- Self-motivated team player with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work at heights
- Able to lift 75 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks
- Proficient in using hand and power tools while working on a ladder
- Organized reliable and capable of working with minimal supervision
- Good knowledge of Vancouver and surrounding areas
- Strong attendance record
- Green-patch safety boots are required
- Valid drivers license required

Total earning range: $25.86 - $29.13. The advertised salary range is based on the wage scales and classifications outlined in the applicable collective bargaining agreement. The specific hourly rate within the negotiated range will be determined based on factors such as the candidates qualifications and experience.
