Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement long-term solutions Support initiatives to improve equipment reliability and efficiencyInventory ManagementMaintain accurate inventory records of materials tools equipment and replacement ReportingComplete work orders and maintenance records in CMMS Track downtime repairs and maintenance all safety food safety and environmental procedures Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S) Adhere to LOTO and regulatory Tasks as AssignedOther tasks as assigned for operational Were Looking For:Millwright Ticket 433A or Apprenticeship Level 4.5 years in a manufacturing environment (food industry preferred).Flexibility to work overtime and Saturdays as neededStrong problem-solving and communication skillsExperience with hydraulic and pneumatic systemsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively as neededBasic computer skills (CMMS Excel Outlook)Knowledge of machines tools and their design use repair and maintenanceBonus Points If You Have:Dessert Manufacturing or Bakery experienceExposure to Lean TPM or continuous improvement practicesChudleighs Ltd. is committed to maintaining a diverse and fair workforce.
