Job Summary
Role: Lead Systems Engineering & Certification
Location: Montreal Quebec Canada (HYBRID)
Job Description:
- Bachelors degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering Systems Engineering Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of total engineering experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in aircraft systems engineering and certification
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Work on aircraft systems engineering and certification activities
- Apply industry standards such as ARP4754A and ARP4761
- Support and manage aircraft certification programs
- Handle requirements management and configuration management processes
- Interface with civil aviation authorities for certification approvals
- Ensure compliance with export control regulations (ITAR CCG)
Additional Requirements:
- Prior experience working with aviation regulatory bodies is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of aerospace compliance and certification processes
