Job Summary
Job Title: Program Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project and program delivery.
- Develop project charters business plans timelines budgets and resource plans.
- Coordinate with Courts stakeholders vendors and government departments.
- Lead project governance risk management issue tracking and status reporting.
- Support digital transformation agile delivery and organizational change initiatives.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings workshops and executive briefings.
- Ensure project objectives milestones and business outcomes are achieved.
- Provide leadership coaching and guidance to project teams.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong Program/Project Management experience in large-scale IT or digital transformation projects.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing project budgets schedules risks and resources.
- Strong leadership and change management experience.
- Ability to work with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports.
Work Arrangement:
- Onsite role in Alberta Canada.
- Standard working hours: 8:15 AM 4:30 PM (Alberta Time).
Additional Requirements:
- Criminal Background Check required.
- Enhanced Security Clearance (including Credit Check).
- Completion of mandatory government training after onboarding.
