What Youll Do
As one of our Human ResourcesAdvisors youll be a trusted partner to leaders across the organizationproviding practical guidance support and solutions across all things peoplefocused. Reporting to the Manager of Human Resources youll help foster apositive employee experience while ensuring compliance with collectiveagreements policies and employment this role you will:
- Lead employee and labour relations activities including workplace investigations disciplinary and grievance processes and advising managers on performance attendance conduct and workplace issues.
- Provide expert guidance on collective agreement interpretation organizational policies employment legislation and HR best practices while building positive relationships with union representatives and internal departments.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job posting and candidate screening to interviews offers onboarding and orientation helping attract and welcome great talent to Brightisle.
- Support employee programs and HR operations including leaves of absence administration position control tracking and maintaining accurate workforce information.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement helping strengthen HR processes labour relations practices and the overall employee experience.

What Youll Bring
- A degree or diploma in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 3 years of HR experience with a strong focus on labour relations and recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of employment legislation labour relations practices and collective agreement administration.
- Excellent communication relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
