As the Financing Specialist youare responsible forstrong business financial and credit analysis to provide enhanced solutions and recommendations that support ourmembersfinancial goalsandgrow our business.â You will work alongside our sales team of Business Advisors to create credit solutions that balance Conexus risk tolerance and delivera high levelof service to our members.ââ

Howyoullbe spending your timeâ

• Providing high quality business and financial analysis to support the underwriting of credit needs including annual reviews

• Demonstrating responsible credit and risk analysis and assessment to provide strong credit recommendations that are in alignment with policies and procedures

• Collaborating with Business Advisors or internal partners to recommend credit solutions andidentifyopportunities toprovideenhanced advice that supports the growth of ourmembers businesses

• Able to balance meeting member goals with understanding risk andoperatingwithin the Conexus risk appetiteâ

ââThe experience you bringâ

• 3 years in a business lendingâroleâor a combination of education and experience will be considered

• Well-developed credit underwriting and risk assessment ability ââ

• Financial statement knowledge including ratio analysis and cash flow

• Post-secondary education in Business Agriculture Finance or Economics is an assetââ

Various Conexus locations will beconsideredhowever not all locations may be able to accommodate this role.â

Salary Range:

$84030 - $112040 with 15% Short Term Incentive Target
