The Opportunity:
Were looking for a versatile Executive Assistant & Office Operations professional to support our leadership team keep our operations running smoothly and contribute to HR initiatives. This is a hands-on cross-functional role where youll gain exposure to key business operations work closely with senior leadership and help improve processes across the company. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized proactive and excited about building systems and processes that impact the entire organization.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level administrative support to the leadership team including managing calendars scheduling meetings coordinating travel and handling correspondence.
  • Receive and sort incoming mail and deliveries and manage outgoing mail
  • Manage office supplies and office snacks inventory and place orders as necessary
  • Act as a primary point of contact for business vendors including maintaining existing relationships and establishing new vendor relationships
  • Act as the internal HR contact for employees by answering questions about our policies payroll and benefits
  • Manage HR processes including payroll onboarding and offboarding benefits plan administration leaves of absence culture building and other HR-related administration
  • Perform administrative errands and take on ad hoc and special projects when needed leveraging your experience and resourcefulness to address any upcoming operations issues you identify

Great candidates will have:
  • 3 years of experience in office management operations coordination executive assistance or a similar role
  • Full proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and Google Suite (Calendar Docs Sheets Forms Slides)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Dynamic energetic personality with a passion for technology with start-up experience being a plus
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple processes simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to constantly changing needs
  • Strong time management multitasking and organizational skills
