Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for completing assigned work orders or service requests by the equipment planner/scheduler and completing the tasks in a timely manner

• Document and record completed work in accordance with Good Documentation Practices as stipulated by STEMCELLs quality policy

• Assist and/or collaborate with fellow technical personnel within Facilities in completing complex repair or routine work

• Respond and address equipment call out alarms and escalate major breakdown incidents that can have potential impact to product quality

Knowledge and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or post-secondary diploma in a mechanical or electrical discipline with 1-2 years of relevant experience

• Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting

• Knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite and with the ability to learn new software applications when required

• Experience in a regulated industry with a good understanding of ISO and/or GMP regulations is considered an asset

The annual salary for this job ranges from:

STEMCELL determines an individuals pay within the range based on multiple factors including experience education job-related skills and equity within the team or organization. For jobs that are eligible for sales incentives the range noted above is inclusive of target incentives; actual incentives are based on individual performance results in accordance with company addition to base salary STEMCELL offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health benefits retirement savings and more.
