Job Description:

Distribution Equipment Operator

Richmond Hill

About the Role:

• Maintains communication within production team member ensuring smooth shift transitions etc.
• Support technical in maintenance activities
• Perform weekly maintenance activities
• Monitors raw materials supplies to ensure efficient production
• Determine acceptable quality ranges on packaging
• Coordinate communication between palletizing and Filler operations
• Safe and efficient operation of all downstream equipment.

Important Details: This is a full-time permanent role on the night shift which operates from 7:00AM to 7:30PM. Shifts are 12 hours. We maintain a 2-3 rotation where in fourteen calendar days you will work a total of seven where every other weekend is a long weekend. Rate of pay for this role starts at $22.34/hr.

About You:

Youll fit right in if you have:

• Post secondary or equivalent experience required
• 2 - 3 years manufacturing related experience
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of good manufacturing practices
• Fluency in English both oral and written
