What you bring 4 6 years of experience in Desktop Management or End User Computing support Strong experience with Windows 10/11 administration Hands-on expertise with MECM/SCCM OSD MDT and image deployment Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and Microsoft Office products Knowledge of remote support mobility antivirus and endpoint management Experience with vulnerability management and security best practices Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Experience working in an IT service organization Good communication and stakeholder management skills Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management practices
Nice to have Experience supporting large enterprise environments Exposure to engineering services and global device management Experience working in a 24x7 support environment Relevant Microsoft or ITIL certifications
