Who Are We Looking For
As a ContractAdministratoryoubringtechnicalproficiencyand foundational knowledgeofconstruction documentation building science construction methodologies and building codestosupport projectsthroughouttheconstruction phase.As a member of theContractAdministrationDepartmentand working closelywithprojectteamsyou will continue to buildyour contract administration skillswhile makingmeaningfulcontributions to the successfuldelivery ofprojects.
What You Will Do:
Preparechange documentation including change directives contemplated change orders and site instructions.
Review and respond to Request for Information(RFIs)
Reviewsubmittals including shop drawings material samples and product datasheets to ensure alignment withcontract documents
Identifyand communicate potential issues and inconsistencies in drawings specifications contracts and site conditions to the Project Manager offering preliminary solutions.
Maintain current knowledge of building codes by-laws and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with the latest standards.
What You Will Bring:
Diploma/Bachelors/Mastersdegree from an accredited institution in Architecture.
Strong communication critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills
Ability towork ina hybrid role with2days in ourstudio.
What We Will Provide
The expected gross annual base salary range for this position is$65000 to $70000. Final compensation isdeterminedbased on experience skills and internal equity.
