What Youll Do

You will be responsible for generating new business and helping organizations improve hiring and workforce performance through our predictive recruiting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect network and generate new business opportunities
  • Present our recruiting assessment and predictive analytics solutions to prospective clients
  • Build relationships with HR leaders recruiters business owners and executives
  • Manage the sales process from initial contact to close
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support client success
  • Develop referral and strategic partner relationships
