WHAT YOU WILL DO
Reporting to the Director FP&A and Commercial Controlling the Commercial Finance Analyst plays critical role in driving profitable growth by providing financial insight analytical rigor and strategic support across the commercial organization. This role owns customer and channel profitability analysis leads financial modeling for new programs and investments and partners closely with Sales Category Management and Accounting to ensure pricing promotions and customer programs are financially sound and accurately executed.
COMMERCIAL FINANCE
Lead financial analysis and modelling for new customer programs promotions ROI on capital investments and strategic projects; translate assumptions into clear financial outcomes and risk/return scenarios.
Partner with Sales and Category Management to develop and refine pricing strategies competitive positioning and margin impacts.
Liaise with Accounting to ensure consistent understanding and accurate treatment of customer programs once implemented.
Own customer and channel profitability analysis including development of customer P&Ls margin diagnostics and insights that guide account strategy and resource allocation.
Advise stakeholders with data-driven recommendations that support profitability goals.
REPORTING & INSIGHTS
Analyze trends and drivers by customer product and channel to identify risks and opportunities.
Build and maintain Proforma modeling tool to standardize analysis and enable cross functional teams.
Build and maintain data visualization tools or dashboards that improve visibility into customer performance pricing and promotional outcomes.
Support postprogram reviews to assess financial performance versus expectations.
CONTROLS GOVERNANCE & PROCESS IMPROVEMENT
Adhere to Masco Canada policies internal controls and documentation standards related to GrosstoNet.
Maintain organized records of commercial agreements assumptions and calculations.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting accuracy data quality and process efficiency.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business or a related field.
24 years of experience in finance accounting or financial analysis.
Experience with revenue management trade spend or GrosstoNet concepts is considered an asset.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a high attention to detail.
Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP systems (e.g. JD Edwards SAP Oracle or equivalent) preferred.
Ability to analyze and manage large complex data sets accurately.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.

Hiring Range: $52500.00 - $82720.00 CADThe salary range shown reflects the expected annual base salary for this open position plus other wage amounts such as annual bonus profit sharing and commissions.Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience education geographic location and/or skills.Masco Canada may use automated and AI-driven tools to screen assess and/or select applicants and by proceeding with the application process applicants give their express consent to such use by Masco Canada.
