About the Role
Were looking for aDataAnalytics & AICo-Op Studentto join ourData Analytics & AIteam.This position will be reporting to theDirector DataAnalytics& AI and is for the September 2026 - December 2026 co-op term.
WhatYoullDo
- Conduct UAT testing for the HR7 data transfer project; document test results defects and check sign-off outcomes
- Coordinate and launch amini AIaccelerator case; support scoping stakeholder engagement and progress tracking
- Coordinate and gather workflow information from AI business cases;identifyand document process bottlenecks and improvement opportunities
- Assistin the delivery of AI training programs; support content preparation sessionlogistics and participant coordination
YoullAlso Work on the Following Projects:
- AI Business Case Workflow Analysis coordinate with stakeholders gather workflow data and deliver bottleneck analysis report(approximately 4 months to complete)
What You Bring
- Current enrollmentin a post-secondaryprogramwith aCanadian institution in BusinessFinanceInformationTechnology HumanResources or related field
- Basic understanding of AI concepts
- Experience withdigital productivity tools (Microsoft 365 Google Workspace or similar)
- Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively in both written and verbal form
- Active listening skillsdemonstratingattention to stakeholder needs the ability to ask clarifying questions and confirm understanding before acting
- The ability to build relationships across different business functions and show a team-oriented attitude
- Proactive communication and willingness to flag issues early provide regular progress updates and the confidence to escalate blockers without prompting
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative fast-moving environment

Compensation:$21.67 $31.53CAD perhour (asdeterminedby work term)
This rolerequires working onsite in ourCambridgeoffice(96 Grand Ave S Unit 101 Cambridge ON N1S 2L9)two days per week.
