About the Role
Were looking for aCustomer ExperienceCo-Op Studentto join ourCustomer Experience position will be reporting to theVP Customer Experience and is for the September 2026 - December 2026 co-op term.
WhatYoullDo
- Customer Analytics & Insights Analyze customer health data support ticket trends and product usage patterns toidentifyrisks and growth opportunities across the book of business while supporting CSAT and NPS analysis through trend tracking segmentation and insight generation
- Reporting & Data Visualization Build andmaintaindashboards and reports using BI tooling enabling CSM and Support leadership tomonitorperformance access key metrics and make data-informed decisions
- Data Operations & Workflow Optimization Design and document repeatable data workflows and processes that reduce manual effort improve data consistency and scale analytical capabilities across the CX organization
- AI & Automation Enablement Partner with CX and AI stakeholders to prototype and test AI-assisted workflows (e.g. ticket classification response drafting trend summarization) evaluate relevant tools and contribute to prompt libraries testing frameworks and lightweight automation solutions
- Stakeholder Support & CX Enablement Support ad hoc data requests translate business questions into structured analysis contribute to QBR preparation through account-level reporting andmaintainprocess documentation and knowledge base content to enable team effectiveness
What You Bring
- Current enrollmentin a post-secondaryprogramwith aCanadian institution in BusinessAnalyticsComputer Science Data ScienceInformationSystems or related field
- Prior exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT Claude Copilot etc.) in a business or academic contextisa plus
- Experience with CRM or customer service platforms (SalesforcePlanhat etc.)and BI tools (Tableau Power BI Looker etc.) areconsidered assets
- Familiarity with the SaaS healthcare tech or other customer-facingenvironmentsarebonuses
- Experience withdigital productivity tools (Microsoft 365 Google Workspace or similar)
- Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to convey ideas effectively in both written and verbal form
- Active listening skillsdemonstratingattention to stakeholder needs the ability to ask clarifying questions and confirm understanding before acting
- The ability to build relationships across different business functions and show a team-oriented attitude
- Proactive communication and willingness to flag issues early provide regular progress updates and the confidence to escalate blockers without prompting
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative fast-moving environment
Compensation:$21.67 $31.53CAD perhour (asdeterminedby work term)
This rolerequires working onsite in ourCambridgeoffice(96 Grand Ave S Unit 101 Cambridge ON N1S 2L9)two days per week.
